1.3 Courses are sold and delivered through Gumroad’s platform. Gumroad’s standard 14-day refund policy applies to all purchases — you may request a full cash refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by using the “Request a refund” option on your Gumroad library page. Section 2 below explains how this works in practice. Specific additional refund situations are listed in Section 3. 2.1 Within 14 calendar days of your purchase, you may request a full cash refund through Gumroad. 2.2 How to request: sign in to your Gumroad library at gumroad.com/library, open the Course, and click “Request a refund”. 2.3 Processing: refunds within the 14-day window are normally approved within 3–5 business days; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. • Access failure on our side — you cannot access a Course you paid for because of a technical fault on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days of your report. • Materially not as described — the Course is materially different from what its description and preview reasonably indicated. • Unauthorized purchase — the purchase was made fraudulently without your authorization (we may ask for reasonable verification). If you have any concern with a purchase, please contact us first — we want to make it right and most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a payment-card chargeback without first contacting us, for a Course that was delivered and accessed, may result in suspension of access to that Course pending resolution. This Section does not limit any right you have under applicable law or your card issuer’s rules. 6. “Yours Forever” and Service Discontinuation 6. “Suyo para Siempre” y Descontinuación del Servicio 6. «Ваш Навсегда» и прекращение работы сервиса

Your purchased Courses remain accessible for the operational lifetime of the Site. If we ever permanently discontinue the Site or a Course you purchased, the advance-notice and personal-download commitment in our Terms of Service (Section 6.2) applies. Permanent discontinuation by us is not treated as your “consumption” of the Course and does not reduce any refund right you have under law. Sus Cursos comprados permanecen accesibles durante la vida operativa del Sitio. Course content is hosted and delivered through Gumroad’s platform. If Gumroad’s service is discontinued or becomes unavailable, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with alternative access or a direct download of all Courses you purchased. Si el servicio de Gumroad se descontinúa o deja de estar disponible, haremos esfuerzos comercialmente razonables para brindarle acceso alternativo o una descarga directa de todos los Cursos que usted compró. We may update this Policy. Any change applies only to purchases made after the updated Effective Date and will never reduce the exchange or refund rights that applied to a Course you already purchased.
